Our workshops are beginner-friendly and highly educational, led by seasoned chefs, bakers, mixologist, and baristas. Our corporate workshops can be done at our clients' venue or also in our venue in Senai, Johor Bahru. 

We can customise the workshop based on our clients' requirements. We are using Baking and Coffee as a Content for the workshop. Our structure is based on 80% practical and 20% critical insights to achieve better creativity, better teamwork, better efficiency, and more happiness for everybody.

F&B Entrepreneur - Andre WD

Andre is a brand ambassador of De’Longhi, VIVANT, Master Pro, and a few more brands. Andre has more than 12 years culinary and F&B experiences. Andre is the Managing Director of Aspire Avenue Sdn Bhd as well as Walker Group. 

Andre is an all rounder from a Chef, a Baker, a Barista, a Coffee Roaster, and a Mixologist. He has trained thousands of people throughout the years and is also a F&B Entrepreneur. He has conducted workshops for De’Longhi, Amazon, Lexus, NTU, Farm House, and more. 

Culinary Trainer - Chef Erika

Erika has worked Food Industries for more than 8 years such as for Sydney Cake House, Fantastic Food, and now she is the head of BD as well as Corporate Workshop Trainer for Aspire Avenue Sdn Bhd. Erika is passionate in Baking and Cooking.

She has trained students on how to make Nasi Lemak, Chilli Paste, Tapioca Lapis, Putu Piring, Cookies, and more.
She has excellent communication and coordination skills
