Become Expert in Steak Making Workshop
Discover the fundamentals of steak preparation in this hands-on cooking workshop. Participants will learn essential cooking techniques for preparing tender and flavourful beef, including pan-frying and convection methods, while understanding the differences between several popular steak cuts.
Participants will prepare three steak selections during the workshop:
• Ribeye
• Sirloin
• Hamburger Steak
Participants will also learn how to make hamburger patties from scratch and prepare complementary sauces such as butter lemon garlic sauce and mushroom sauce.
