Local Chinese Dishes Making Workshop

Experience the flavours of local Chinese cuisine in this hands-on cooking workshop. Participants will learn essential cooking techniques while preparing popular Chinese dishes from scratch, including ingredient preparation, cooking methods, and presentation.

Participants will prepare three classic dishes during the workshop:

• Hainanese Chicken Rice (Boiled)
• Hokkien Mee
• Steamed Sun Hock with Ginger Soya Sauce

Participants will also learn how to prepare key components such as the signature chicken rice chilli paste and proper plating techniques.

This workshop promotes teamwork, coordination, and creativity while offering an engaging and enjoyable culinary team-building experience.
